Idea

Blaugarnet is the Intent Layer that sits above Claude Code and Cursor to capture, deliberate and settle business intent into signed blueprints, so agents build what was decided, not what they guessed.

Current Status

Status: Our Enterprise MVP has been live in production since Q3 2026, built on a lean engineering model, governing our own product decisions on the platform. The engine ingests multi-source inputs (Drive, GitHub) to generate the full blueprint chain (Scope, BRD, PRD, Solution Design) under human sign-off.

Traction: We are recruiting our first cohort of four enterprise design partners. The shortlist is complete, conversations are active, and the first LOIs are expected in November.

Funding: Currently bootstrapped and raising a $1M pre-seed round to accelerate hiring and scale execution.

Problem or Opportunity

Agentic coding tools have dissolved the code-generation bottleneck, allowing teams to produce software at extraordinary speed. However, because these tools operate on low-fidelity, ambiguous requirements, they fill the gaps with statistical guesses. Their output drifts silently from what was decided, surfacing as security holes, missed edge cases or features that fail what the business meant.

Teams now spend the time they saved re-checking the output: Faros AI measured a 441% rise in median code-review time. AI solved the speed of writing code, but moved the bottleneck to defining intent.

Solution (product or service)

Blaugarnet is the Intent Layer for AI-driven software, sitting above coding tools to steer what gets built.
1.Capture: Structures raw signals (interviews, docs, tickets) into blueprints
2.Deliberate: AI specialists pressure-test intent to surface edge cases and resolve trade-offs
3.Authorize: Requires a named leader’s approval before code is written
4.Record: Logs decision provenance in an audit-grade Intent Ledger
5.Hand off: Delivers signed blueprints for coding agents to build without guesswork
6.Learn: Ingests the organization’s decision-making DNA via a self-learning loop.

Business model

One platform, two motions, metered on the “settled intent” (a business decision vetted by AI specialists and signed by a named human):

- Enterprise: Direct sales for high-stakes governance. Monetized via an annual platform fee plus usage ($36K–$96K Year-1 target). Design-partner pilots anchor to a ~$40K list.
- Studio: Bottom-up PLG freemium ladder ($29–$59/mo) giving non-technical sponsors self-serve intent capture.

Expansion compounds through settled-intent volume and strategic add-ons, led by Forge (our automated, human-gated handoff to coding agents).
