Imagine Alexa meets Zoom - Lifelike AI representative talking with patients through video. Xoltar AI Telehealth addresses a $44B market, providing medication adherence at scale.

Current Status

Live paid PoC with NEST innovation Center. Beta in development includes basic functionality of our first Use Case (Medical adherence) in a particular field of inhalers.

Problem or Opportunity

Low and inconsistent adherence is responsible for 33% of medicine-related hospitalizations, an estimated 125K deaths every year in the US alone, and $300B in avoidable costs to the health care system annually.
Whether in hospital readmission, inappropriate hospitalizations, or low clinical trial patient engagement, programs that include one-on-one counseling are 3X more effective at improving medication adherence than other methods.
Sadly, there are not enough nurses and not enough doctors to address adherence at scale.

Solution (product or service)

Xoltar revolutionizes patient digital interaction through a live video chat with lifelike AI agents, who can see, hear, and identify patients’ non-verbal cues, enabling real-time, goal-driven, natural flowing sessions.
Unlike other conversational AI solutions which lack true understanding of meaning and context, Xoltar agents use Emotion Aware AI to facilitate a human-like dialogue and deploy behavioral change strategies to improve patient’s adherence at scale.
Xoltar allows pharmaceutical companies, HMOs, and hospitals to assist millions of patients simultaneously and improve quality of life.

Business model

Our business model is SaaS: Our initial pricing allows mid market businesses to experiment at around $1,000/month and the pricing model scales towards larger B2B enterprise SaaS tiering where the monthly payment has a recurring base with a cap for the number of sessions.

Incubation/Acceleration programs accomplishment

We have graduated from the AWS builder space accelerator. It helped us better plan our cloud based architecture and meet other founders and experts.
