Business model
We lease AI Barmen units to bars, hotels, stadiums, and event venues through a monthly subscription model, combined with setup fees and recurring software revenue. Our margins improve over time as high-margin software, analytics, and dynamic pricing become the core revenue driver beyond hardware.
