Idea

Independent advisor for high-ticket buyers. We replace broker conflicts with verification, services, and transparency. Buyers pay 2.5%Scales across yachts, cars, real estate.

Current Status

Pre-seed. Founder - 16-year yacht broker, established networks in Croatia, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Italy. Platform MVP already developed. Target: 60 broker partnerships and 80 closed deals (€400K average) by month 12. Each deal generates €10K success fee (2.5% of €400K). Year 1 revenue target: €800K from deal fees + additional revenue from service coordination.

Problem or Opportunity

High-ticket transactions (yachts, cars, real estate €400K+) have structural conflicts of interest. The buyer relies on the seller's broker, who profits from the deal regardless of buyer's outcome. Services (surveyor, lawyer, insurance, logistics, financing) operate separately with no coordination. The process takes months, lacks transparency, and leaves buyers vulnerable.

Solution (product or service)

We replace the seller's broker with an independent platform. Buyers pay 2.5% for complete verification, qualification screening,and integrated services in one place. Sellers keep full broker commission - no conflict. The platform coordinates surveyor, lawyer, insurance, logistics, financing, and handles all communication between buyer, seller, and service providers. One dashboard replaces six contractors. Deals close faster with guaranteed outcomes.

Business model

Buyers pay 2.5% success fee for independent verification, qualification, and concierge services (surveyor, lawyer, insurance, logistics, financing). Sellers' brokers keep full market commission.
