At first for the MVP we made a website where the clients were leaving their problem and our car expert was providing them with the list of the mechanics that would solve their problem. We served 20 customers which totally generated 20$. Keep in mind that we operated for free and received only the tips. Since this was an experiment for idea validation. At this point we are developing a new platform where the user would be capable to search for the mechanic by itself.
Problem or Opportunity
No one loves car repairing, searching for a trustworthy mechanic who will serve your car in reasonable time and for a reasonable price is tough. We face this problem for 10s of years, however in post-soviet countries this problem still is not solved. Lots tried, but due to the difficulty, almost no one succeeded.
Solution (product or service)
We provide customers with a fast, simple and transparent searching experience. Mechanics are differentiated by the price, location, free space and trust (which is based on other customer's review)
Business model
Our business model is based on 10% commission fee from each transaction.
Which implies that with 150 mechanics on the platform we will have 42 000 $ / year profit. With 900 mechanics we will have 1M $/year profit.
