Idea

Just like Tesla is going to become the leader in autonomous driving solutions for the whole automotive industry by profitably producing new generation cars that collect big data, HiPer IT will create the global utility systems operations big data for the global real estate market and equipment vendors by optimizing facility management of commercial real estate utility systems.

Current Status

We have working products: HiPerWare IIoT platform and big data collection hardware (SensorConnect, PowerConnect, CloudConnect). At the moment we sell 3 services, based on this platform: HiPer Checkup, HiPer Power, Connected BIM. Currently signed 1 partner in UAE, 3 partners in Russia and 1 partner in Germany. 1 large client - POMA Group (French cable car company) - 500K, pilots: Tuntenhausen project in Germany, KnightFrank and Ghelamco in Russia.

Currently real estate lifecycle management process (design, construction and operation) is fragmented and lacks big data to optimize each stage of the lifecycle and equipment purchasing. The most significant area for optimization is facility management which accounts for up 70% of the overall lifecycle costs.

Currently approach to utility systems facility management is similar to healthcare of 20th century. Only limited amount of information is collected and this process is very expensive, understanding of systems processes and interdepencies is limited, optimization is based on limited knowledge.

Our approach is similar to 21st century approach where patient big data is collected economically 24 hours / day with wearables, personalized treatment is based on patient's own big data and operations patters from thousands of other users.
