Working with families in Maui who lost their homes in the Lahaina fire. Selling home construction kits and working with locally licensed contractors to build custom home for people wanting a high performance home for less money. Seeking funds for full scale real estate developments of thousands of houses.

Improve Housing Affordability with lower construction costs. Improve Housing performance, especially energy efficiency. Replacement of defective and unsafe housing, while eliminating mold and rot from the equation, as well as fire danger, by eliminating wood.
Solution (product or service)
We incorporate "off-the-shelf" building materials and the cheapest building material, "air," in a scientific way to oust existing, dated building technology for housing.
Business model
Follow the same business model as publicly traded builders, like Pulte, DR Horton, and Lennar. Their business method is fairly standard, while still using inferior building products. We are already less expensive than building with wood, or "stick-built" homes. We will take it down another level of affordability once we have the "air form" factory built to make the main building material that uses mostly air.
