Idea

When something breaks on your Computer, like MS Teams Mic not working, you file a ticket to the IT-Support & wait. SuperSupport fixes it directly on the computer instead. Immediately.

Current Status

Closed beta, pre-revenue, rollout in Europe ongoing.
- 1,200+ installs across Europe
- 80 IT service providers and IT departments in Germany, Austria and Switzerland currently onboarding
- In our pilots, the agent solves more than 1 in 2 cases without involving IT
- €100k grant from FFG (Austrian Research Promotion Agency) for the prototype
- Born inside MoreBit Technologies, our own IT service company: 10+ years, 300+ customers, 10,000+ tickets solved
Next step: US market entry through IT service providers. We are looking for partners, pilots and advisors.

Market

Buyers: Heads of IT at companies with 50–1,000 employees (often only 1–5 IT staff), and the IT service providers (MSPs) that run IT for smaller companies. Users: every employee with a computer.
Go-to-market order: Germany, Austria, Switzerland first (2,128 IT service providers mapped), then the US through MSPs.
Market: companies spend about $33B a year on first-level IT tickets in the US, EU and Switzerland (TAM). $9.9B of that is in our first markets: DACH plus US companies with 10–999 employees (SAM). About $407M is reachable through the 3,428 IT service providers we can address directly (SOM). The ITSM market grows 14–17% per year.

Problem or Opportunity

When something breaks at work – printer, VPN, a frozen app – employees open a ticket and wait. On average, every IT problem costs an employee more than 3 hours of lost work. On the other side, IT teams fix the same first-level problems again and again, at about $21 per ticket. Small and mid-sized companies feel this most: they can't afford a bigger help desk, and their IT people never get to the projects that move the company forward.

Solution (product or service)

SuperSupport is an AI IT support agent that fixes problems directly on the employee's computer. Employees describe the issue in plain language – in our desktop app (Windows & Mac), Microsoft Teams or Slack. The agent scans the device read-only, finds the cause and fixes the problem directly, e.g. clearing a stuck print queue, resetting the network stack or restarting a service. If it can't solve the problem, it hands the case to IT with the full diagnosis. Every action is logged for the IT team.
It works with the tools companies already have.

Competitors

- Status quo: ticket queue, generalist IT staff or paid MSP hours.
- Enterprise AI service desks (ServiceNow/Moveworks, Aisera): priced and built for large enterprises.
- RMM platforms with AI add-ons (Atera Robin AI, Kaseya, NinjaOne): built for admins, not for employees.
- Digital employee experience platforms (Nexthink Spark, ControlUp): require their full platform.
- Chat assistants (Microsoft Copilot agents, helpdesk AI add-ons): they answer, but don't fix the device. Microsoft's device fix scripts need Intune plus E3/E5 licences – Windows only, triggered by admins.
- Newcomers: SuperIT (Australia), Electric, Thread.

Advantages or differentiators

Others cover parts – we combine the five things customers ask for:
1. Fixes problems in the chat, directly on the device (Windows & Mac)
2. Asks for approval before every change, with a full audit log for IT
3. Works with any IT stack, no extra Microsoft licence; self-hosting and own AI models for enterprise
4. Built for IT service providers: multi-tenant and white-label
5. Simple, public price per user
Plus founder-market fit: built inside our own IT service company (10+ years, 300+ customers, 10,000+ tickets solved). We live this problem every day.

Finance

Revenue: per-user subscription on annual contracts – $7.90 per user per month, lower per-user prices for larger companies, a flat monthly price for small teams. MSP partners buy from $4.50 per user and resell under their own brand. Enterprise projects: self-hosting, own AI models, custom integrations.
Costs: measured AI cost is about €0.02 per case. Total direct cost is about 43¢ per user per month (AI, infrastructure, payments – AI budgeted at 3× the measured cost). The largest cost block is people: engineering, customer success and partner management.
Our 3-year model targets ~80% gross margin including customer success and turns EBITDA-positive in month 31.

Business model

B2B SaaS, priced per user per month: $7.90 per user, lower per-user prices for larger companies. Our main channel is IT service providers (MSPs): they buy from $4.50 per user and resell SuperSupport under their own brand (white-label), so one partner brings dozens of client companies. We also sell directly to companies with their own IT department. Enterprise options (self-hosting, own AI models, custom integrations) are sold as projects.
Our direct cost is about 43¢ per user per month; our 3-year model targets ~80% gross margin including customer success.

Money will be spent on

$2.5M seed, 24 months runway (model):
- Team: Head of Customer Success, Marketing Manager, US Channel Partner Manager, AI/ML Engineer, Onboarding Specialist, DACH Partner Manager, US Account Executive and Customer Success Manager
- Proof: measurement pilots on 3+ customer fleets, published resolution rate (Q2 2027)
- Security & compliance: SOC 2 Type I and II, external pentest
- US entry: US company, first US MSP partners
Milestones: 50 MSP partners, ~38k seats, $2M+ ARR run-rate by month 24.

Offer for investor

$2.5M seed round on a post-money SAFE (YC standard). Valuation cap to be agreed with the lead investor. A US company (Delaware C-corp) will be set up before closing.
Exit: strategic acquisition in 4–6 years. Likely buyers include ServiceNow, Atlassian, Microsoft, ConnectWise, Kaseya and NinjaOne (ServiceNow bought Moveworks for ~$2.85B in 2025).

Team or Management

Risks

- Resolution rate below target → measured in pilots before we scale; publishing it with sample size is milestone one.
- AI acting on company devices → approval before every change, device-side policy, full audit log; SOC 2 and an external pentest are funded by this round.
- No SOC 2 yet → Type I within 6 months, Type II within this round.
- Microsoft bundles similar features → Business Premium, macOS and multi-tenant MSP fleets stay outside its licence model.
- AI model cost or quality → provider-agnostic; costs budgeted at 3× measured, margin stays above 75% even at 5× model cost.
- Channel conflict → partner price always below direct; registered partner leads are never approached directly.
