The ability to do some of the key functions REMOTELY, without the hassle to buy expensive cameras and hiring professionals, which is fast, affordable and scalable.

- REMOTE Appraisal for new and refinanced loans on residential & commercial properties

We have built our "DF VTour 3D" mobile app for iPhones (Android app to be launched in second half of May 2020) which enables anyone to:
- create a 3D virtual tour,
- capture the property dimensions,
- add custom tags
- share on any web, social media, etc

Our mobile app, with on-screen instructions, gives anyone the ability to DIY a complete 360º virtual tour, when needed. It takes less than 20 minutes to create the virtual tour & share it with their Real Estate Agent, Lender, Insurance Company, customers of hotels/airbnb hosts/vrbo hosts

We have the following subscription model for each user profile:
$1 / Virtual Tour / Month

We work with companies to understand their average monthly or annual volume and based on that, we give them a pricing, which may be better than our standard retail pricing of $1 / Virtual Tour / Month
