Current Status

Bootstrapped over six years to ~£2.5M revenue, 100,000+ jobs completed, and 10,000+ vetted technicians across the UK, Spain, and Canada all with no outside capital. ~50% take rate, with Canada as our strongest, highest-margin market. Recently launched a new app and a B2B property-manager channel at ~58% gross margin. Regional finalist at The Pitch by Deel Dubai (top 40 of 40,000+). Now raising to scale.

A dual UK/Albania structure gives us a structural cost advantage that protects margins as we scale.
