Idea

SKYNAV is an immersive, Web3 marketing platform & software for the travel & leisure industry. A self-guided virtual experience that excites visitors leading to greater leads and bookings.

Current Status

We are currently past proof of concept with over 30+ major destinations (Clients) in the US and Mexico. We recently partnered with Simpleview, a $100 million dollar travel, software company. We are ramping up to improve our platform and to add AI features. We have bootstrapped all we can financially. We have access to near 800 destinations in the US, world, so we are excited of our opportunities with the Simpleview partnership.

Problem or Opportunity

Destination marketers need a visual platform to tell a better story than traditional websites. SKYNAV brings a virtual, aerial experience that does not exist. SKYANAV has an existing case study that proves the platform increases travelers stay thus solving this marketing challenge. Finally, we want to close the gap with an issue of emotional booking by integrating an AI travel agent inside each experience for destinations. This solves the issue of not "converting" visitors while on site.

Solution (product or service)

Build on our existing Saas platform with 360 experiences with real life and metaverse elements. Bring in proprietary AI integration for custom travel arrangements to make trip planning a one stop experience inside a destinations SKYNAV virtual experience.

Competitors

Most competitors are real estate centric. We have ancillary-type competitors. We are unable to find any platform with a 360 experience that includes an AI travel planning integration.

Advantages or differentiators

Aerial to ground experience, all in one. Real-life imagery, built specifically for the travel industry.

Finance

Endless rev streams we have not tapped. Currently, we have one-time production costs, and annual recurring revenue via licensing.

Business model

We have one-time production costs to onboard cities, then an annual licensing contract. (ARR) Contracts are either 1 or 3 years. So far we have not had a single destination client stop. One-time fees range from $15k-$27k, annual license fees range from $5k-$14k+ per year.

Low risk since our platform is image based. The true risk is however another pandemic, this shut travel down, however it opened the opportunity for virtual travel.
