Aiva Women's Tracker - unique tracker builder that allows woman to have everything need to monitor health a with AI.

Aiva is an app that brings all trackers together in one place at a reasonable price. A woman no longer has to search for the right trackers and pay for each one separately - she can fully focus on taking care of her health.

Most importantly, enjoy taking care of your body in one app with the unique customization of your personal AI avatar. Taking care of yourself can be not only convenient, but also fun!

Current Status

The free version of the product is now fully implemented, including a period calendar, drink tracker, symptoms and pregnancy management tracker. The product is currently fully controlled by AI, visualized through a customizable avatar.

The product is implemented in adaptive web app version, iOS and Android in development.
Also in development is a paid version of the product, which includes such clusters as meditation, statistics, nutrition, exercise, fasting, mood and step trackers. Analytical work and preparation for the development of an IVF tracker is underway.

At the moment closed beta testing has been conducted, positive feedback from the target audience has been collected, and the product has been released.
The product was ranked 17th in the top 20 products of the day on Product Hunt.

Market

The target audience of the Aiva Women's Tracker project is a huge stratum of women of fertile age, which can be divided into 4 main groups:

1. Adolescent girls 13-17 years old - who are just beginning to become women, trying to learn more about the structure of their body and organism, and to build a proper lifestyle
2. Girls 17-25 years old - who already closely monitor their body and health, watch ovulation, want to get pregnant or abstain from pregnancy. Monitor all symptoms
3 Pregnant women - who closely monitor their health, try to establish a proper diet, exercise and drinking regimen, and like to delve into the topic and read more about pregnancy. Monitor all symptoms
4. Mature women 35-45 years old - keep a close eye on their bodies and track all symptoms. Want to know more about the decline of fertile function and this period.


The average number of Health apps downloads is 250 million (according to competitor analysis). Conversion of into a paying user is on average 1%, namely 2.5 million.

Aiva plans to increase the number of paying users to 12% with the number of downloads not less than 300 million, due to the increased value of the application functionality among users, namely, by offering a solution that combines all health trackers in one with AI support

There are a lot of such trackers, each one requires installation, authorization and, of course, space on the device. Endless registrations, incessant notifications cause stress and discomfort. In addition, monthly use of each tracker requires monthly financial expenses and represents a tangible item of expenditure.

As a result, a woman is forced to give up most of the necessary trackers and reduce the quality of her health care.

Improvement and expansion of the core functionality
At the moment the application is fully realized in the free version (cycle calendar, water regimen, symptoms, articles, notifications and a light version of AI integrated into the avatar) + one of the paid features (pregnancy management) is realized.

For full-fledged and rapid monetization it is necessary to finish the implementation of the paid version of the product, which includes such features as: nutrition, fasting, pedometer, workouts, meditation, mood and of course fully complete the integration of AI into the product.

Rapid advertising campaign
For rapid market penetration, we plan to create a number of strong informational infoprovods, permanent collaborations with opinion leaders and involvement of the product's media face.
