Current Status
Currently we've been trialing with rentals at a brokerage in Brooklyn, NY and have a working agent that handles clients from inquiry to applications. Most people speaking with it aren't even aware they've been speaking with an AI until we inform them at the showing.

Inflated fees and lack of trust in the real estate market. It ultimately goes far beyond this and creates a significant quality of life upgrade for any home owner or renter.

By using modern AI, the entire real estate agent profession can be automated. We are building an application powered by natural language the offers user a perfect hybrid of old and new technology for there home search as well as home management needs.
Business model
Currently we aim to produce revenue by significantly lowering fees requested for brokerage/real estate services. Ultimately there will be a subscription model as well as transaction referral fees.
