Personal AI assistant, which will transform how people shop in the physical world. We enable brick-and-mortar stores to talk directly to their customers via smartphone. Endorsed by Google & Nvidia.

Current Status

1. Validated Prototype: After three years, seven revisions, and an investment of over $3M by its founders, DAVE is now 90% complete and is projected to be finalized in six months.
2. Two POCs with IKEA: In our IKEA trial, we achieved 62% rise in purchase frequency, 30% conversion rate hike, 15% revenue boost
3. Google's Endorsement: Following a thorough tech audit, Google has invested $350K in our solution and is providing access to its cutting-edge technologies and infrastructure.

We offer hyper-personalized recommendations and discounts in real time to customers' smartphones, eliminating the need for mass marketing and mass sales.

With our AI-powered SaaS, DAVE (Decision Assistance Virtual Environment), we enable traditional retailers to offer real-time personalized recommendations and discounts directly to customers through their smartphones. Our technology bridges the gap between digital convenience and the physical shopping experience, transforming how people shop in the real world.

Business model

Our business model relies on indirect sales through resellers and distributors, particularly targeting providers of Retail Tech, POS systems, Loyalty Programs, and IT solutions. With over 23,000 potential partners identified across four macro-regions, our 'Prove First, Pay Later' model allows B2B clients to pay only after achieving preset KPIs during a 3-month trial period. We charge $1 per customer profile per year, with operational costs at $0.22 per profile, resulting in a 78% margin.
