Our Berry Bot is a smart machine that will use technologies such as automation and data cloud to help pro soap makers scale up their businesses. Safety features, scales and heaters are built in, to make the soap production faster and safer. With our Berry Bot, when pro Soap makers are ready to produce, for example; they can select 25lbs of soap on a digital screen, and the berry bot will automatically calculate and dispense, within 15 minutes or less they have a full batch of soap.

We are currently patent pending with LOIs for the Berry Bot and with growing retail distribution through Meijers stores for our cpg product.

The soap equipment market is 3 billion TAM in the US 40 billion globally. Our current beachhead is the professional soap makers.

Demand for organic, natural soaps has grown astronomically, resulting in the creation of more than 300,000 pro soap makers in the US. This includes soap makers with brick & mortar, retail distribution or ecommerce platforms. What is causing this explosion you may ask?

More and more consumers are concerned about the health risks of chemicals in their personal care products. During and after covid, soap sales has exploded, minting new soap makers everyday. But making batches of soap is still a highly manual process due to the existing equipment today.
It takes pro soap makers about 3 hours to produce a single batch, limiting their ability to scale.
Handling some of the corrosive ingredients like sodium hydroxide, can cause skin burns and even blindness.
Soap makers do not have the proper tools to store large amounts of pre-made solutions safely.

The competitors have not update the design and it remains highly manual. We will automate a lot of the process but still give the power to customize to the soap makers.

Each unit of the Berry Bot Pro Maker will cost approximately $22,000.00 per machine. COGS is approximately $7-9k per machine putting us at a gross profit margin of 58-64%.

We make money from the sales of the berry bot units, sales of the maintenance products, 2 subscription models that enables automatic delivery of raw material and the sales of bar soap.

Building the first working prototype, run the first pilot mode with early customers, secure all IP work, fund current cpg growth to generate cash flow.

Design work is a high risk, this part we need to get it right. And I believe that we can get this right with the right strategic partner that has access to a full suite of engineers with a mechanical, industrial and software background.
