* Started December 2020 with a different product (corporate meeting transcription tech connected to Cisco Meeting Server).
* In April 2021 pivoted to the current problem and started building a product. Got the first customer in Ukraine (a small bank).
* Got 15 customers in Ukraine from April 2021 - February 2022, and a customer in Poland. - 21000 USD MRR
* July 2022 - intentional churn of 90% of customers from Ukraine (they use the product - we do not get payments)
* March 2023: Customers in Poland, Spain, Mexico, Ukraine, partners in Germany, Poland; Solid pipeline

We created a platform that collects all calls/chats/emails data from sales and customer care teams and converts it into vital business insights, sales analytics, and utterly transparent information that provide sales, customer care, and debt collection employees instant coaching, immediate feedback, and opportunities to exceed KPIs while staying compliant.
Business model
We charge 59 euros per employee as a monthly subscription. An ideal customer has >25 sales, customer care, debt collection team employees.
