More than 110M people in EU & further 45M people in USA have special diet needs - meaning these consumers are either vegan, vegetarian, have food allergies, intolerances, on religion-based diets or medical-condition restrictive diets.
These consumers do not trust nor use mainstream food ordering apps, nor can freely enjoy their social outings due to fears of consuming contaminated meals - unfortunately some tragically have lost their lives.

Gaston is an AI powered food personalisation app for users to find and order foods that match their dietary and nutritional requirements.
By intelligently removing menus and ingredients that are unsafe for users' consumption, Gaston delivers a worry-free dining experience that is unique to users diet, nutrition and taste needs.
Business model
We have two distinct service offerings: Gaston Platform & Gaston Marketing Services (essentially for our existing customers).
We offer Gaston Platform to our partner businesses through transaction driven business model; and Gaston Marketing Services via monthly subscriptions.
We charge our partner businesses commission fees for Gaston Platform:
1. 8% commission for food orders
2. 15% commission for meal-kits, ingredient orders
