Wbuild seeks to become the number one real estate investment platform in Latin America, enabling access for all, to global opportunities, while accelerating sustainable practice adoption.

Current Status

Company created in May 2022. MVP has been developed and first offering ($550k) launched in January 2023. Offering is almost completed, meaning that the property was purchased and generating returns.

We've created a +10,000 potential user community base, +1,000 registered users and received investors from over 8 countries including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Perú.

Enabling investing access to the most important storer of wealth (real estate, +300 trillion). Less than 6% of Latin Americans have access to real estate investing due to high ticket prices, illiquidity, complex legal structures, high intermediary costs.
