In 2022 Saccade Vision launched the MVP, performed several pilots in product, signed partnership with a partner in the EU, and announced first sales: (1) S&P500 electronics manufacturer (2) One of the world’s largest industrial machinery companies (in Germany) (3) One of the leading metalworking OEMs – the system is going to be shipped pre-integrated into the sheet bending machines. Additional pilots are under way.
In 2021 we had paid pilots with US$60,000 in revenues. We will finish 2022 with ~US$120,000 in revenues and have a forecast of US$350,000 – 400,000 for 2023.

Existing machine vision solutions often require complex integration and significant application development to get reliable results. Saccade Vision developed Saccade-MD, an award-winning feature-based 3D camera for fast, precise, and flexible 3D quality inspection. Using edge computing and AI, Saccade-MD rapidly optimizes 3D inspection, focusing on regions of interest with high resolution and ignoring non-important locations. Such optimization allows setting up 3D inspection in minutes by factory technicians without spending time and money on complex integration.
Saccade-MD can be used for 3D inspection of critical dimensions in mechanical assembly, precise plastic parts, metal forming, e-motors, battery packs etc.
We sell our products via System Integrators & via Machine Builders to Manufacturers with a low upfront cost & ~2.5x ROI for customers.
There are 3 revenues streams: (1) non-recurring revenues from integrated sensor (2) annual software license per unit (3) SaaS for the automated CAD-to-Inspection conversion and data analytics.
