Idea

Propars is an integration platform that enables businesses to manage their e-commerce processes end-to-end on the world's largest marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, and offers powerful and simple solutions for their needs such as product info and catalog management, stock and price tracking, inventory management, product globalization and localization, order management and other various tools.

Current Status

As part of our Development and Beta Testing process carried out in Turkey, we have enabled e-commerce businesses to sell 400 product categories in the marketplaces in Europe and USA. Propars has assisted businesses to launch and manage over 1 million products in 6 different languages, and has processed 600 thousand orders from 104 different countries around the globe in the first half of 2022. Our R&D center is located in Turkey and USA will be positioned as the center for sales and marketing operations.

We initiate our first investment round in order to realize our strategic ambitions in the growth phase. With this investment, we want to achieve three milestones as below:
1) Increasing the number of marketplaces available to our customers from 54 to 200
2) Generating consistent commission income from businesses by developing value-added services
3) Expanding customer base via making strides into Europe and the US

-Amazon is the hardest known marketplace for listing products. Many platforms that provide integration services in Turkey and around the world do not provide product entry in Amazon and similar marketplaces.

have integration with around 200 platforms. After the investment, Propars will catch (surpass) this number.

This necessity forces businesses to hire new employees with proper knowledge about marketplaces or they need to pay extra in order to compensate for their lack of knowledge base.

Finance

We have two different pricing models that we offer to businesses.
A-) With Zero Initial Fee (Beta) (Performance-based pricing): Uses all services of Propars with only paying 6% commission fee from sales. Targets businesses that invest in e-commerce and spend less than $1000 annually.
B-) Package pricing: Uses service with fees starting from 600 USD. It comes with lifetime support and usage right with a 1% commission fee from sales.

A-) Digital promotions such as commercials and google-ads can increase our brand awareness, but it is not enough to reach the level that we are aiming for.

I. A partnership network with revenue sharing model will establish with e-commerce platforms, advertising agencies , accounting softwares for SaaS Businesses
II. “Free” usage rights will be provided to businesses in the portfolio of our partners.
III. About free usage: the business will be able to effortlessly transfer its active product information to Propars by various methods. Marketplaces that are chosen by businesses will also be able to start selling with free store openings with help from the Propars team.
