There are 22mln hours of calls recorded daily in the EU with 3.8 mln people working in call centers. Audio is not searchable. From 1.8% up to 10% of calls are listened through for the purpose of quality control and training. 90% of information is lost and it leads to billions of lost revenues in legal cases and customer churn.
