Idea

We are a nanny & a working mom (10y+ experiences). We want to empower working parents by providing safe, insured and within the same-day bookable nannys (incl. homeschooling, transportation…) via app.

Current Status

Traction: website, web-application (launch 12/21), verification nanny process, implementation of recruiting software viasto, implementation Stripe als payment, trademark law, crowdfunding campaign, liability insurance for all nannys, cooperation startups, cooperation benefit program for nannys (finbrand). cooperation company list, website traffic monitoring (Google analytics, Search console), registration parents.
current status: web-application is in development, MVP in 12/21 ready for testing, marketing nanny start 12/21, marketing parents start 01/22, marketing companies start 01/22

Problem or Opportunity

2021 must be definitely more flexibility and support for working moms and dads, single parents and couples and no decision between kids or career.

Solution (product or service)

We want to empower working moms & dads by providing safe, insured and within the same-day bookable nannys (incl. homeschooling, transportation…) via app. We offer easy filter options, a review system, online payment, video chat and video-profiles to include the kids in the selection process.

Business model

We have a B2B and B2C model. B2C: monthly fee (5€)+ nanny hours + nannyly hour fee (2€). Our target customer is working mom or working dad, mainly between 30-55 years old, with kids between 0-14 years, (upper)middle class, living in German key cities (100k inhabitants +), could be also international (expat). B2B: all companies in key cities, supporting their employees with kids. We offer individual packages (abo employee - reduces nanny costs)
