Mobile application used to call others without having to know their phone number(s). Use automobile license plates to make contact with unknown people in atypical, possibly urgent, situations. Phone numbers are private and change, license plates are public and rarely change. A user registers their license plate number with Qaoss along with one or more phone numbers. When someone calls Qaoss they enter the license plate number and Qaoss calls the user at each registered number until he answers. The user can change the phone number(s) at anytime.
