CINCEL is the easiest e-signature with blockchain SaaS that helps SMEs in LATAM speed up their agreements. All the files are notarized as an NFT. Guaranteeing the original version and compliance.

Current Status

More than 100k users from all types of industry have used CINCEL. We have developed +100 partners that have allowed the CINCEL ecosystem to grow. Among the most prominent are Amazon, INGRAM Micro, Yaydoo, Tribal, Oyster and others.

Problem or Opportunity

99% of contracts in Mexico and LATAM are analogue and unplugged. 121B USD are in risk every year on paper bidding contracts that can be altered. This is a problem that has not been tackled because almost every bureaucratic procedure is still handled on paper and the culture has not evolved to handle contracts and documents digitally, even though there is even a standardizing norm in place. We saw the opportunity was greater when we analyzed the market and found that other contract management software solutions are expensive, difficult to implement, and not even compliant in the region.

Solution (product or service)

CINCEL speeds up the closing of any type of document. Being a multi-signature platform where it allows signing with advanced signature, autograph signature and voice signature. Each certified document becomes a digital file attributable in trials complying with ISO / IEC, ETSI TS and NOM-151. CINCEL has the facility of being able to integrate to more than 3,000 applications without the need for code through Zapier, or to integrate the digital signature to any cloud solution through the API. As an additional shield, each document is notarized with blockchain.

Business model

The business model is through software as a service with annual subscriptions with various levels. From the freemium plan that allows you to use key functions to paid plans such as the SME plans (Graphene at $ 245 USD / year and Graphene Pro at $ 1,450 USD / year) and the B2B plan for large companies (Adamantium from $ 3,450 / year). Where customers can add certified document packages and other functionalities whenever they want (such as users, storage and additional service).
