Problem:
While the current massive decline in e-commerce gross profit and logistics business owners looking forward to the transformation, it will resolve the problems of 1. second time delivery, 2. demand of high frequent return rate, 3. the difficulty for driver to find parking spaces in city, 4. labor shortage, 5. Contactless or customer service quality, 6. traffic pollution, social problems derived from retailers and logistics operation challenges.
