ONE VR MALAYSIA has revolutionised the way companies do business by enhancing customers' real-life experiences. VR/AR technology has been an invaluable marketing tools for brands for its potential to increase sales and boost customer engagement.

Current Status

We are currently providing Virtual Reality Tour (Virtual Tour), and also 3D Visualisation VR Experience. Our company is established in year 2020, and we are already having more than 500 customers.

Problem:
1. We find it difficult for companies to demonstrate the uniqueness of their own brands. Most of the time, companies cannot establish relationships with customers because they cannot create experiences. A few years ago, film and TV were the most precipitating narrative media, but they were not enough. The reason is that people can only see it but they cannot interact with them.

2. It is difficult for companies or the retail industries to display complex products or projects through traditional forms. The biggest reason customers buy from you is that the products you sell meet their needs. But how do your potential customers know that you have found a solution to their problem?

3. It is difficult for modern corporate advertising to achieve real goals and effects. For example, if you are in the furniture industry, customers can show a specific sofa in their living room through VR, or see if the bed is suitable for their bedroom. This is an experience that traditional text, pictures, and videos cannot bring.

3. Advertising and marketing are what business needs. The best way to make an impressive advertisement is to combine publicity and entertainment. With the help of VR, brands can create a compelling and immersive advertising experience. Although the technologies are more or less the same as our competitors, but we focus more on commercial business owners, and also to provide a platform and ecosystem to connect between businesses and end-users. We are also looking into developing our own blockchain technology together with launching our own cryptocurrency and virtual city. Every single piece of digital asset can be owned by the public.

Business model

We are building a huge ecosystem that gets businesses and users connected. We have also developed PTC advertising site that allows users to earn extra money while collecting advertisement fee from the businesses and maximize the real effort of an advertisement.

We have also used freemium as your business model. We do provide virtual tour project for free, and they will need to pay subscription fee to enjoy full fledge of virtual reality projects.

Money will be spent on

1. Marketing and Promotions - 40% of total funds received. We will need to do more marketing to educate the public on what VR can provide. On the other hand, we have to give promotions to the end-users to purchase with the businesses.

2. Operating Costs - 30% of total funds received will be reserved for operating costs. Monthly operating costs like salaries of staff, rental, utility bills, staff expansion, maintenance of hardware and software, and etc.

3. Research & Development - 20% of total funds received will be used to and speed up in Research & Development process. We strive to create better and improved versions of VR and AR, and even MR.

4. Reserves of Cash Flow - 10% of total funds received will be used as reserves as cash flow for future expansion, and it will remain unused until we think it is fit for expansion.
