We enable urban designers to quickly create, compare and evaluate different design alternatives and easily validate them against a city’s zoning ordinance. By providing quantitative and qualitative data visualization in 3D and calculating key development parameters on-the-fly, our solution (Modelur for SketchUp) allows designers to focus on the concepts of urban design rather than crunching the numbers. The final results bring more informed and accurate decisions, with a higher level of development attractiveness for clients.
