Market

Our target is mid to large-sized digital agencies and "In-house" marketing departments. There is over $175 billion spent on digital marketing annually in the U,S., and Europe, and it is growing at 12% per year. There are over 42k mid/large digital agencies and companies with over $1 billion in revenue with in-house agencies. The need for engaging, cost-effective digital content is exploding but marketing budgets are flat. 65% of CMOs believe their budgets are underfunded.

Problem or Opportunity

Despite the fact that voice activation is now the most disruptive force in digital commerce, marketers are still spending hundreds of millions of dollars on digital content that is activated only thru typing, clicking, scrolling, hunting, and pecking. Because until now creating content driven by Voice/Ai, that integrates non-linear storytelling, rich media, and analytics would take hundreds of thousands of dollars and months of expensive time. It would require software integration and be almost impossible to personalize (the brass ring for marketers).

There are several competitors and tools in each of our Platform's 4 elements: Voice-to-text, Text-to-action, Voice UI, and No Code platform, but no product has combined our proprietary IP with the seamless integration of all 4 technologies. Agencies do not have the technical skillset to replicate iStory, and software companies have yet to try.

We will use a "Land and Expand" strategy to penetrate each organization and create ongoing revenue. There will be a fee for every iStory project in each organization. The fee will include permission to use the iStory for 3 months. There will be a subscription fee for each month after the initial 3-month period. Arrivu will employ both direct sales and account development staff to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy.

We are in patent-pending status and we are expecting 15+ patents eventually.
Our voice-to-text API is the only one with the ability to improve accuracy without the need for voice data.
We own the most powerful NLU engine.(NLU engines have seen exits in the 100+ million range in the part 4 years)
