Industries are using steam technology for heating,generating power, chemical process, sterilization.They have many critical types of equipment to control it. One of this critical quipment is Steam Trap, they need to make regular maintenance on time converting back of steam energy. Steam leakage, failure occurs when steam passes through the pipeline inside of the steam trap. Industries having among hundreds/thousands of steam traps, could not be found failures and steam leakage on time. These steam traps could be monitored autonomously sensors, but it means battery problem.
Solution (product or service)
Bren has self-powered batteryless sensor technology, no battery replacement, and costs to monitor steam traps. We are installing these sensors in less than 10 min. and enabling to monitor always actively from cloud-based AI platforms from everywhere. Failures, blocked, and steam leakage are given by the BRENCLOUD platform. We are using high efficient design and applicable energy harvesting module only converting surface temperature to electrical to charge the sensor. Gathering temperature and vibration data at every one minute from steam traps are transferred into cloud-based platform.
