Idea

We are creating a new Super-Category in Digital Marketing Automation for SMBs that bridges SoMe, Ads, Mail and CMS categories giving SMBs globally access to a quicker, cheaper and easier way of doing digital marketing.

We launch globally 1st june, first localized market adaptation planned for 1st October targeting Vietnam, and from there we spread to all markets in the world offering the first true localization of Digital Marketing Automation.

Current Status

Global launch 1st june 2021.
Pre-users, pre-money, pre-revenue.
Huge global potential in an uncatered market for SMBs.

Built on 9 years of technology as PaaS with enterprise level customers and traction over $10 million USD.

Market

SMBs globally primarily.
SMBs in non-EN markets, with no localization options for Digital Marketing.
Taking Vietnam as an example:
540.000 SMBs behind 30% of the economy, 60% of all jobs in the country, wasting up to 90% of their resources in digital marketing, no localization support (language barriers, zalo support, zalo ads support)
This is the same story in almost every country in the world.
Enterprises and Agencies also welcome, but not our main priority.

Problem or Opportunity

Digital Marketing is hard, expensive and time consuming.

As a result most SMBs are wasting 50-80% of the resources they spend on Digital Marketing.

We have created a platform where they can login and connect their SoMe, Ads, CMS and Mail channels, create a post and have it all shared in less than 30 seconds.

Bridging the MarTech categories of: SoMe, Ads, Mail and CMS we are making something so simple, it becomes common sense - its easii!

Solution (product or service)

Just 1 example:

SMBs doing Digital Marketing on Facebook are mostly "Boosting" their ad spend.

It's too complicated to do anything else.
It's too time consuming to do anything else.
If they hire someone to help them, most of their budget / ressources is spent there and not on attracting more customers.

We give SMBs predefined Personas to use for their Digital Marketing spend, just by using one of our Personas thats built into the platform we already define up to 200 times stronger and more specific audiences than when using FB Boosting of ads, this alone moves the RoI on digital marketing extremely.

Add on top the time saved by not only posting to FB Ads but also to the FB Page(s), Your Website CMS (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla), Your Mail platform (Mailchimp etc.) and all of your Social Media, will make your day as a SMB so much better, as you can spend time on your business and not trying to do impossible things with technology.

Competitors

Buffer.com - SoMe + Analytics only, no freemium, only trial relatively weak USP's vs. easii.io.
Marketo Engage - Offers most of the same as what easii.io does but at $2000+ a month, unattainable for SMBs.
Contentstudio.io - Offers multi-channel, category bridging as easii.io does, but without Ads which is the most important channel to support to really disrupt the existing market and players targeting SMBs.
Canva.com - NOT a competitor, but a company with the exact same audience and business strategy and we integrate to Canva making those 30 million monthly Canva users life so much more easi.

Advantages or differentiators

Anything can be copied today, software patents are not global.

The uniqueness of easii.io is that we are the first to build this for humans, we are not pushing technology into people, we are adapting technology to humans.

We simply do it cheaper, faster and easier than anyone else in the market - and we do it for SMBs.

COVID-19 really escalated SMBs focus and spend on Digital Marketing, to keep their business' alive they have in the last 12 months matured and evolved more than was expected in the next 5 years, sadly most of the solutions in the market is not very SMB friendly, and if you are in non-EN markets, specially in Asia and Africa there really is none who is trying to help you evolve your business, that is what we do.

Finance

We have a freemium business strategy with upsales to subscriptions at $29, $69, $99 and $199 per month.

From 5000+ subscribers profit margin of 75%
From 20000+ subscribers profit margin of 85%

Very similar to target audience, business strategy etc. as Canva (just in a different part of the value chain, but we integrate to Canva also).

Business model

Freemium business strategy, customer acquisition done through long tail data driven marketing, newsletter of 220.000 people in 100% audience match, targeting very specific audiences in paid and organic SoMe channels, long term organic strategy. Customer acquisition cost of $14 per free user (see more in the presentation).
