B2C: Users
No fees charged in the first year of rollout. A subscription model in Year 2. Students – SGD5/month. Working adults – SGD25/month. Other than access to the platform, GradSetGo also provides extensive resumé care and assignment features (plagiarism checker, search tool for research papers etc.) to its subscribers.
B2B:
Schools
- Non-subscription model. Schools are not charged a fee for listing their courses, but Schools are charged a fee from student recruitment – based on students that had applied to any of the School’s courses through GradSetGo.
- Subscription model. Has 3 tiers. Under the subscription model, Schools are not charged any fees for student recruitment (up to 300 – 800 free recruitment, based on the subscription tier), and GradSetGo will also provide push recommendations for Schools under the subscription model. Schools’ intakes are seasonal (1 in January and 1 in August), and therefore the monthly subscription model allows the Schools to adjust their recruitment strategy as and when needed.
Industry
- The reception by Industry players regarding GradSetGo’s platform is dependent on the economy – a growing economy implies that more human capital is needed and companies will increase their recruitment activities.
- GradSetGo provides free listing, and is charged based on the application received (similar to Schools).
- In addition to this, GradSetGo is a data house amongst Bigdata. Industry players can ‘actively’ search within this pool of users to identify suitable candidates, rather than ‘passively’ waiting for applications. Industry players will be able to see basic qualifications of the candidates, and they will have an option to view each full resumé.
