Dreamwrite enables intellectual property users of all walks of life - be they software engineers, musicians, painters, photographers or medical practitioners to protect their innovation in a transparent environment with optimum effeciency & effectiveness. It further allows them to collaborate with other intellectual property users & protectors such as investors, fellow innovators, intellectual property examiners & lawyers.

Presently, research sufficient to fullproof the ideation stage is complete and the process of developing the underlying software has began.

The target market would be innovators at large in the African & Asian economies. From painters, photographers, software engineers, musicians, medical practitioners and more who we stand to attract at scale with relatively lower application fees and further, management fees once acquired. In addition, we feel that considering that the platform will introduce a new best practice, an opportunity exists to earn from training fees for courses renderered to lawyers and application examiners.

Intellectual property is becoming an even more contentious issue in the world today as evidenced by the existing tarrif wars between the two largest economies in the world today and further the overwhelming ease copyists have to steal, then market ideas or innovations as their own. With a single innovation capable of creating entire job sectors, issues pertaining to litigation and patent application hamper both economic growth and employment. Our research shows that using blockchain as the underlying technology will solve a great number of problems related to this sector, if not all.

By making use of blockchain technology as the the underlying platform for intellectual property protection, there exists an opportunity to default the application process to open therefore making it more transparent & further, reducing the costs associated with patent application, while making the process both effective & efficient. This solution will rapidly increase the pace of innovation while reducing the litigation hurdles usually associated with intellectual property. By offering application fees associated with innovation type, jurisdiction, nature of applicant and so on - significant revenues could be generated for the market ready innovations in Africa and Asia which are hampered by the existing high cost fees, ignorance or outright lack of dependable intellectual property system.

Currently, our only existing competitor is Labz based in United States. However, our designed platform will prove a superior model as theirs only focuses on musicians and songwriters primarily in the United States - whereas the Dreamwrite model seeks to target all innovators in the Asian & African markets.

Maximization of the blockchain technology, targeting all innovators instead of a select few and focusing on the African and Asian markets is a key advantage a differentiator in our model.

To develop the platform, we are seeking a lump sum of $30,000.00 that will go entirely to the development of the platform in exchange for a 15% stake in Dreamwrite LLC once registered. A multi-year relationship is preffered with would be investors.

The business model is essentially multi-layered. The primary revenues of about 70% will ideally come from the intellectual property applications - a one time fee. 20% will come from management fees, which will be generated through subscriptions of varying time periods (2-20 years) & finally, 10% will be generated from training fees for the various courses required to certify examiners & lawyers or to educate innovators on their intellectual property rights.

The raised capital will be spent on developing the software platform and taking it to market.

To the potential investor(s) 15% of equity in Dreamwrite LLC is offered in addition to one voting sit on the board.

The primary risk would be mitigating intervention fr om the government wh ere intellectual property law is fragmented and unique to each jurisdiction.

The program is currently incubated in the internal accelerator program managed by Business Strategists & Custodians who are overseeing the research using Kenya and China as case studies with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office being used as a benchmark for desired performance.
