The purpose of innovation (invention) is to create a new method of producing high molecular weight recycling materials containing molybdenum, which will ensure the separation of the basic constituents thereby obtaining high purity molybdenum products. To this end, molybdenum-containing waste is crushed, treated with a solution of bentonite , and then dissolves the solution from the sediment to the dust particle. Then it is processed with 3: 1 ratio of water and bentonite solution. The treatment is carried out at room temperature at 1.5: 1 mass and waste as a result of the second processing.
At present, our innovation has gone through a series of pilot studies and experimentsand is at the stage of industrial launch. Production capacities (flow line and associated capacities) have been set up to enable 67% molybdenum concentrate, which significantly exceeds the quality of molybdenum concentrate produced by existing plants and produces up to 200 tons of concentrate annually, which will provide $ 4 million in commodity circulation 300 % average profitability.
