AI driven digital platform that replaces outdated, siloed citizen and business licensing tools for Governments - Saving time, reducing fraud,
and cutting public sector costs.

Current Status

Have bootstrapped to $1.3M in our first 9 months. We have launched in the UK Government, and have a healthy pipeline across multiple licence use cases. We are raising $5M seed to accelerate growth and take this platform global.

Problem or Opportunity

Governments are overspending on broken systems. With outdated, siloed licensing tools, this is leading to operational inefficiencies that not only waste time but also add to public sector costs.

ePass is an AI driven digital platform that saves time, reduces fraud, and cuts public sector costs.

Business model

Our business model is simple. We have an annual subscription model, providing consistent revenue and also allowing for flexible upsell potential. The minimum contract value per use case would be $1m.

- We have deployment fees and per user licensing agreements which ensure that each client pays for what they need.
- Additionally, support agreements and development services add value and strengthen our client relationships.

We also offer attractive add-ons. These include phased market deployment, data migration, and seamless integrations, which enhance the overall user experience.
