Most Americans are on a high deductible health plan & co-pays are increasing. 47% of common healthcare services are cheaper when you pay in cash.

Harper is the self-pay marketplace for healthcare.

Current Status

We are using independent pharmacies as our wedge into the much bigger self-pay landscape. We'v brought in $25k in ARR to date and are growing 20% MoM.

Problem or Opportunity

With co-pays on the rise, 47% of common healthcare services are cheaper when you pay in cash. And, consumers are the third largest payor behind only Medicare and Medicaid.

But, there is a gap in the market connecting patients with cash prices at in-person healthcare.

Solution (product or service)

Harper is the self-pay marketplace. We connect patients on a high deductible plan (or no insurance) with healthcare providers accepting self-pay.

Business model

On average, payors take 20% of revenue from providers. We undercut them and charge 15% of revenue.
