Problem or Opportunity
In 2021, while attending a horticultural expo, I was intrigued by the desire of some participants in acquiring internationally recognized standards and certification but had no knowledge on where to start from, how to go about it or are stuck and find the procedure cumbersome. From that interaction, I realized of the huge gap for many SMEs in Kenya and Africa at large who want to meet and satisfy the requirements and demands of the global market. As a solution to these businesses, I decided to set up Caarel Quality.

One of our distinctive feature is being in collaboration with Cognicert Limited, an independent Certification body in the UK as a delivering partner in Kenya. This has enabled us to differentiate ourselves from other consultants both in training and certification process.
While others only do up to implementation phase, we support and assist our clients to implement process improvement programme, impart knowledge through our tailored ISO Management system Training programme, and quality management systems in readiness for certification by an independent certification body.
