Our key tractions has been attaining sales revenue of USD$50,000 in the past 3 years, forming 3 business partnerships with NUCAFE,Private Sector Foundation Uganda and, Excel Agro Value Chain Nigeria Ltd.

Our customer segments include Individuals, Corporates and Non-profit organizations.

We are solving the problem of Low consumption of coffee beverages ,Lack of market for organic coffee, High Poverty levels among farmers and High levels of unemployment in Uganda.

We exclusively produce and market a unique organic coffee with a distinct flavor profile for local consumption.

Our major competitors include Nescafe, Jada Coffee,Ideal Commodities Ltd and Volcano Coffee in Uganda.

We are different in such a way that we exclusively manufacture organic coffee products compared to our rivals.

Revenue streams include sales, sales Commissions, Agro Consultancy Fees and Sponsorships.

Cost structure include manufacturing cost, transportation cost, unprocessed coffee sourcing expenses, Administrative and operational expenses.

We earn money from direct sales, sales Commissions, Agro Consultancy Fees and Sponsorships.
