Idea
Im planning to renovate our place as I believe that with proper renovation it can be a tourist favorite spot. The beach already had a restaurant and cottages. But I still need more funding for constructing rooms and other spot for the tourist visiting our place. Im also planning to put swipping pools,more cabin room, more floating cottages and commercial buildings.
Current Status
Business is currently OPERATING.

Our location is very nice which attracts lots of visitors and guests but they are suggesting if we could do more of renovating the area. Put some rooms for accomodations for overnight stays and all.

I want to offer relaxing place to people all around the world and promote tourism in our place. INVESTOR will surely have a great share of profit monthly.
Competitors
Competitors do exist because we have neighbouring beaches nearby but I believe if we promoto and we renovate and out tourists spots in our place. It would make a huge marketing to us.
Advantages or differentiators
I think the great advantages would probably be modernize infrastructure that we are planning to make.

The funding will be used for renovation of the area and build ups. Like cottages, spots, rides, rooms, swimming pools and more.
