The competitors sells commercial and Americanized Mexican food. We want to give a real approach to what a Mexican eats in their day to day with authentic gastronomic proposals taking advantage of local ingredients and rotating the option of dishes depending on the seasons.
We want to make sure that the food that we cook it’s authentic to where we come from and bring tradition to the table

We are planning to give to the customer a variety of different typical fast food options, which are quesadilla, tacos, burritos and burrito bowl.

Different and unique options like Rajas poblanas, alambre de cerdo,
tinga de pollo, birria de res etc.
Delicious typical spicy sauces and fresh home made guacamole.
Real Mexican Ingredients focusing on serving authentic Mexican food with real Mexican ingredients we will be ahead of our competitors.

Since we really believe in this project we are willing to offer the 75% of the Net Incomes to the investors and we will get 25% of the incomes until the investor recover the initial investment.
At that point the percentage will change to 25% to the investors and 75% to the project leaders.

The investors will receive the 25% of the Net incomes for this restaurant pro rated with the initial investment
