Idea

We use an electronic trade confirmation process to shift risk and liability off the firm. This allows us to reduce our liability and overhead drastically, pay the advisors much more than any other firm, and operate in a 100% WFH environment while maintaining extreme regulatory compliance. A secondary benefit is that it improves client execution and allows us to tie comp more closely to performance. We have a Former SEC Chairman on our Board of Directors, and our CTO who is the former Global Head of Technology at State Street.

Current Status

FINRA & SEC approval, Beta launch just started.
