Our platform operates on a 7% royalty model, taking a cut of both sales of products created on our platform as well as pre-sales or investments. We cater to fashion designers and influencers with a strong presence on social media, offering our services on a B2B basis. We anticipate these fashion industry players to attract their most avid supporters, estimated at around 5% of their followers, to our platform where they can utilize our specialized engagement tools.

We are in a rolling fundraising process right now, raising 1M$ now with SAFEs at 10M$ , 20% discount , and plan to extend it to 3M$ in total over the course of 2023.
Our potential risks include the possibility of fashion designers and their social media management teams having low levels of motivation or inadequate skills to interact with their superfans. Additionally, there is a risk of imitation by competitors who may duplicate our product offerings.
