We have currently validated the main source of revenue which is the sale of our renovated houses. To date, we have bought, renovated and sold 4 properties with an average R.O.I. of about 20% and an average profit of 30k €.We are currently completing the acquisition of a new property and on average we buy a property about every 3 months
