Current Status
We established and launched Carusell in March 2021 in Tbilisi, we increased 12 times during the first year and up to date agents sold and bought $5.7 million value cars. Our revenue is 100K each year. In 2022 we expand our service to Rustavi and Batumi. In 2022 average growth index was 30%

Carusell works in nearly the same frame as a real estate agency. The customer enters Carusell.ge and makes an application, choosing an agent based on rating and price, in case of buying agent searching the best car for our customer and tries to help him to buy this car at the best price. And just in case of selling, agents place a car on the Facebook marketplace and also on various trading platforms, answering calls or messages, and fully managing the sales process.
Business model
Business model is simple. Customer pays at first his chosen agents fee and in case of buying final fee is considered from reducing the amount of money, for example: if the car’s initial cost was $10,000 and agent reach it for $9,000, his fee would be 30% of the amount deducted, as which is $300. And in case of celling 3% of sold price. For example: If car's sold price is $10,000, the fee would be 3% of the car's value, which is $300.
