Idea

“Talk’n’Job” is a voice chat application and is about fast and easy generation of candidates not using traditional channels anymore (+40% more).
Focus on deskless workers and young professionals.

Current Status

Since June 2020
› 150 customers across all industries and all sizes (between > €100 bn in revenue and 20 employees); e.g. Aldi, Adecco, John Deere, B.Braun, Porr, REWE, Coca Cola.
› +25% CAGR Growth, monthly basis (Nov. 21 – Jun 22). Current ARR (Nov 22): EUR 952 k
› Expansion-Multiple of 5,5 (in average) with follow up contracts (up to €160k with the largest customer)
› In 2022 we already realized a sales share of 29% with Recurring Revenue (a.o. Adecco, Check24, Fiege, REWE, Edeka) and 41% through INBOUND/Events
› 6 start-up prices in the DACH region

Solution (product or service)

Talk’n’Job, a voice-guided chat application via mobile phone incl. profiling, is about quick and easy recruiting of people for deskless workers and young professionals.

The direct benefit is therefore more applicants with up to 40% more candidates (lowered inhibition threshold of applicants; no media disruption) and faster results and optimised processes through immediate and structured inbound.

The transcript (and possible translation) will be send to the recruiter via Email, or integrated in the respective IT tool (mostly ATS).

The chats can be performed in every chosen language.

Business model

SAAS model, which is based on user licences and the number of planned hires.

Contract:12 months
User licence: € 1,069 times the number of recruiters using the tool
Usage: number of planned hires within the licence period times a volume price (€9,90 – €39,-)
Languages: € 100 per language per chat type

Example: a retailer with 2 recruiter and 100 hires per year would pay:
(1 x 1,069) + (100 x 31,50) = 5,288 €

Large customers go up to € 170k
