Current Status
We are just initiating the ideas and gathering a group of engineers to plan and design the structure of the app. As aroma expert, we have 1200 healing recipes and 240 perfume creations for patents in the future.
Market
We focus on 3 major groups such as mums group of birth giving, aroma/perfume users and aromatherapy adopters around 28-33 yrs. Our TAM is Asia-Pacific and North America. The aroma market is estimated to 8.6 billion in Asia. The online high-end aroma products are not conquered yet. We plan to attack 10% market shares around 860 million USD.

We apply AI/ML tech to create an app that offers comprehensive aroma service and free consulting to form an aromatic health care platform assisting people get rid of emotional problems/illnesses and manage positive mental situation.
Competitors
We only compare to major aroma/perfume brands and France made. Guerlain and La Chantee. But their products are not 100% essential oils made and don’t provide healing and smoothing functions. They also don’t offer app services that give us a good chance to enter TAM.
As a website service, Look Fantastic offers 400 aroma/ perfume brands and 21 countries worldwide to purchase aroma products. However, we just keep focus to promote Aroma Psalms and use differentiation service values to connect small groups and niche aroma markets.
Advantages or differentiators
Our unfair advantages have accumulated 1200 healing recipes and 240 perfume creations will transfer to patents in the future. The differentiation is that we have abilities to develop AI/ML technology to create advanced aromatherapy auto health services and collect/analyze the data.
Finance
Revenue streams come from 3 part: user’s subscription, sales of aroma series and transaction fees (please see our BP of revenue model)
Cost structure combines: team’s wages, IT infrastructure building, marketing & advertising budget and cost of aroma producing.
Business model
There elements of our BM: first, we provide interactive service of AI/3D alive app system; second, we use free aroma consulting to attract core user subscription and generate cash flow; finally, we gather users data to build a marketplace and cope with cross aroma brands earning transaction fees.

Not anyone could predict the future correctly. However, we still constantly devote ourselves to the aroma business at 16 yrs and keep moving forward to the next 10 years. We keep improving and let other experts assist us to eliminate time and resources wasting. Also, we shorten the products releasing cycle and do MVP testing to get market fit quickly and directly.
