Idea

We work with companies to improve the financial health of their employees, giving tools to manage their finances easily and encourage savings, and giving ro HR a tool to forecast retention potential.

Current Status

We currently are working with 2 big enterprises in Chile and 8 companies, what will give us access to more than 20.000 employees in the short term. Also, we are in conversations with other big enterprises to start working, as Walmart, Cencosud, FEMSA, BHP, HAPAG-LLOYD, among others.
We also are the partners of Finerio Connect (PFM fintech) in Latam, to have a PFM solution in all South America countries through our value proposition.

Problem or Opportunity

Access to financial products has increased rapidly in the last years, but people still struggle to understand the products and manage their finances correctly. Beyond that, this financial worries affects his mental and physical health. This also has a direct impact on companies, since employees with financial issues have a bigger probability to look for a new job (76% does it because of it), are less productive (spend more than 3 hours a week solving personal finance problems during working hours) and impact the company finances through zero cost loans and salary advance.

Solution (product or service)

Our platform is a company benefit to simplify people financial decisions, helping to learn about the financial market and understand their personal finance, guiding to improve them and having access to products that are the best fit for each one.
Also, we have created a retention forecaster, a tool that takes into account internal, external and personal variables to predict people resignation and take action to prevent it. Finally, we lower the pressure over the company finances and cash flow since a better financial health leads to less loans and salary advance asks.

Business model

Our business model is a SaaS model where companies pay U$ 2 per month for every employee with access to this platform.
We also have other revenue streams related to the financial products offered, as investment administration (0,8% annual admin fee), loans (10% rebate of interest rate), alternative investments (as real estate), insurance and beyond.
We are agnostic and offer the best option for the user, avoiding interest conflicts of working with only one partner.

Incubation/Acceleration programs accomplishment

We are participating in the Village Capital accelerator, where we were selected among 3.000 start ups where only 8 where chosen to be part of it.
