Current Status
We are currently the main provider for BAWAG, the third largest bank of Austria. We also provide our services to Raiffeisen Bank Austria, Porsche Financial Services, and the German Sparkasse. Allianz is also a customer currently using our solutions for internal processes. Our product is already online and live with paying customers, with projects of sophistication and new features in the close future.
Problem or Opportunity
We solve the problem of compliant onboarding and conversion in regulated industries. Companies in the financial services industry face an increasingly complex landscape when onboarding customers in online environments. Regulatory complexity in a globalized world where people live in different countries, sophistication in fraud techniques, enhanced AML/PEP due diligence, are just a part of the picture. Another important one is having platforms where the user can have a great user experience and be successfully onboarded.

With SignD Quantum companies can determine compliance rules that are automated to different jurisdictions and risk profiles, molding an onboarding journey that keeps it´s compliance while fetching information from a diversity of reliable sources all over the world. All with one vendor, no integration needed, and with the best user experience.
Business model
We generate value to our customers by automating all the different compliant onboarding journeys needed, integrating the broadest range of databases and networks for both personal and corporate information, and delivering an easy-to-use product, both for the end customer and for the back-end teams of our customers. Compliance with conversion for peace of mind to teams, so they can dedicate their resources to their core business. We charge in a pay-as-you-go structure with small set-up fees. Volume discounts allow companies no matter their size to use SignD for their onboarding requirements.
