Having and owning a Czech nightclub in the center of Prague, I saw that nowadays clients are eager to find a place, not only where there is music and alcohol, but where there is entertainment and show. In this regard, I decided to create a new club, where not only a nightclub and a lounge bar, but also a cabaret and strip show will be presented.
At the same time, I decided to put a new project on the busiest tourist spot in Prague, so that from the very beginning the project would become well-known, attractive and highly profitable.

Market
22 million tourists visited the Czech Republic in 2019 of which 9 million were in Prague. The share of tourism in the country's GDP was 7.8%. Due to the pandemic, the total number of travellers in the Czech Republic in 2020 was 10.8 million, but this year is already showing positive dynamics. The increasing tourist flow post-pandemic in the Czech Republic in 2021 has opened up a €1bn obtainable market for Affect and Maniac, with all the competitor clubs in Prague being boring with the same old ‘alcohol and disco’ offering. Almost all clubs in Prague are uninteresting, have been working for a long time and cannot offer anything new to their clients. Many of them are located in cramped spaces due to old buildings in the historic centre of the capital. The current crisis, like any other, is a rethinking of old formats and the opening of new opportunities. And the new club will give a new impetus to the entertainment business.

To do this, in our opinion, you need to have a good location, a professional team, a beautiful entertainment program, excellent wine and beverage list.
For these purposes, I decided to put a new project in the busiest tourist destination in Prague, so that from the very beginning the project would become famous, attractive and highly profitable.

Market lead: Goldfingers Prague. This striptise club exists more then 30yrs. Because of this it has loyal customers, good show & tradition. It takes 3-5% market of Prague.
