Maintenance processes, on the other hand, are managed in detail and institutional memory is created regarding the process.

ServisSoft is a cloud-based platform that developed with microservice architecture that expands and integrates easily also packed with an AI-powered module, SmartBe, which predicts malfunctions by analyzing the data collected from devices via sensors. Thanks to the “Definitions” module, our customers can add the desired sections to the desired part of the product which enables our customers to customize the product to cover their needs without requiring any special development process. The names of all sections in the product can be edited as desired by the user as well.

Our main competitors are ServiceNow and ServiceMax but there are also competitors which provide field service management and maintenance management solutions through different platforms. If a customer candidate is not using this kind of software solution, they may use excel files or service receipts as a very inefficient substitute.

ServisSoft is a SaaS-based platform that generates revenue by monthly subscription plans and monthly data processing subscription fees per data point in three different customer segments. We also generate one-time revenues from integration with other software platforms and equipment sales by our IoT partners.

We are preparing to launch our first global office in Europe by Q1 2022. We started sales operations through our partners in the UK and the Netherlands. In this respect, our goal is to gain market share in northern and western European countries. Money will be spent on market entry expenses and the technical infrastructure team.
