Current Status
We have over 20 NDA signed with various companies across Latam and have run pilots, obtaining two business cases: the first one with one of the most renowned banks in Chile proving the increase in recovery rates, and the second with the biggest compensation fund.
Market
We have 5 companies willing to pay for our model (bank, financial services, conmpensation funds, among others). 257 trillion dollars is the global current debt (that’s 12 zeros). If we put 1 dollar after the other, we could make 100 trips to the sun. Since 1990 we have tripled the figure. Only in Chile,60% of households spend more than they perceive.. and this is a gigantic projected debt. worldwide speaking.. Japan, Greece, Lebanon, Cape Verde and Italy are the economies with the biggest debt.. can you imagine, if in Chile "we are ok"... ¿how could it be with the more than 80 countries under us?
Problem or Opportunity
Latin America is the most indebted region among developing countries. More than 50% of Latinos are in debt, on average, 3 times their average monthly income. Risk and collections departments have loss rates ranging from 3% to 15% of their portfolio users who will never pay, but what is more worrisome is the correlation between debt and mental health. In general, the collection experience is invasive and in some cases even reported as harassment. The problem is that the same strategy is applied to all defaulters equally and emotions are left aside.

We are different because we are not only adding the mental health of users in the rating formula, but we are suggesting companies on how to adress correctly their customer to obtain more reach and return rates

We are working on a pricing structure of $0,45usd per user/per month, but are still working this out with the potential customers that are willing to pay for our software
Business model
Our business model is B2B and monetization is based on charging individually for each consultation made by the client to generate Scoring as a Service (Saas). We have three types of consultations at the same price and different pricing packages according to the volume of consultations required by the client. The types of consultations are -Generation of emotional profiles -Classification of clients based on anthropological definitions -Suggestions for personalized treatments: personalized assignment of the executive, differentiated script, suggestion for the best time of interaction.
We are discovering that the worldwide debt, because of the pandemic, is increasing at a fast peace.. and the big risk is that we do not accelerate fast enough or do not respond correctly to the increasing demand

We where selected as Top 3 in Startup Olé in Spain, finalist in 2 place in "actitud everis" (Chile) winning 2 weeks in Silicon Valley in 2017, 1st place in Latam Digital as the best app for geolocalization 2018 and we traveled to Colombia to recieve the price, Finalist in FinnSummit (Biggest Fintech event in Ciudad de Mexico), Paralell 18, MassChallenge in Ciudad de México in 2020.
